2010

Brosnan Begins

Brosnan started out in Auckland with a small team, a strong work ethic, and a belief that there was a better way to do remediation.

2013

Christchurch Expansion

Supporting post-quake recovery, we opened our second office in Christchurch.

2014

First Design & Build Project

We completed our first Design & Build project, Stonefields School.

2015

Queenstown Branch Opens

To support local demand, we opened our Queenstown branch.

2018

Revenue Exceeds $50M

In the financial year ending 31 March 2018, Brosnan’s revenue exceeded $50M for the first time.

We finished our first project valued at over $10 million and secured our first project valued at over $20 million.

2019

First $100M Project

In 2019, we secured our first project valued at over $100 million.

2020

New CEO, New Board

Longstanding employee Geoff Nash became a shareholder and was promoted to CEO. The same year, we appointed independent directors and an independent chair to guide our way forward.

2021

Wellington Branch Opens

A new office in the capital extended our reach across the lower North Island.

2022

First Asset Under Management

After four years of staged remediation work, we signed our first Asset Management contract with Oaks Shores Body Corporate.

2023

Revenue Exceeds $100M

Brosnan reached the milestone of a revenue exceeding $100M at the end of the 22/23 financial year.

2024

Tauranga Branch Opens

Brosnan opened its fifth location in New Zealand, based in Tauranga, to meet growing demand in the Bay of Plenty and Central North Island.

2025

Revenue Exceeds $200M

At the end of the 25/26 financial year, we surpassed a revenue of $200M.
