As Brosnan’s Chief Marketing Officer, Holly leads the company’s brand, marketing, and communication strategy across New Zealand.
A strategic and people-focused leader, she is responsible for shaping Brosnan’s market presence, elevating our profile in target sectors, and sharing the Brosnan story with clarity and relevance.
Holly oversees the Marketing team, responsible for digital marketing, design, events, content, and strategic insights. Her team’s work encompasses brand elevation, stakeholder engagement, and aligning Brosnan’s marketing activity with long-term objectives. She drives initiatives that build and strengthen relationships with clients, industry partners, and communities.
Before stepping into the CMO role, Holly led Brosnan’s communication, brand, and marketing function and played a key role in strengthening our brand’s national presence.
