Brosnan Celebrates 5th Annual Excellence Awards

Since 2021, Brosnan has celebrated individual and team achievement through our annual Excellence Awards.
Held in March 2026, the 5th annual Brosnan Excellence Awards brought together staff from across the company and recognised individuals and teams for their contributions to the company's operations and culture.

Among the trade-focused awards, Harwin Selom took out the Carpenter Apprentice Rising Star Award, which recognises those completing their BCITO Apprenticeship. Pablo Munoz was named Carpenter of the Year, with judges citing consistent performance and willingness to coach others. The Leading Hand of the Year award went to Jeomar Collantes, acknowledged for ownership and accountability in that role.

The Emerging Talent Award, open to employees in early career stages, including recent graduates and those reskilling, was presented to Corbin Ebert. Aimee Dodge received the Developing Solutions Award for work that considers broader organisational impacts. The Exemplary Manager Award went to Reece Hutton, recognised for leadership and team development, while Danielle Connor claimed the Off the Tools Award, which acknowledges office-based contributors whose support enables operational teams to succeed.

The Team Award was given to the Finance Team, with the Procore Team and the Rydges Project Team also receiving honourable mentions for their collaborative efforts.
The Building Relationships Award, focused on the company's vision of maintaining long-lasting connections with clients and colleagues, went to Tegan Rogers. The Rising Star Award, open to employees with more than 3 years of career experience who display emerging leadership qualities, was presented to Jay Han.
Bradley Pandy took home the Taking Ownership Award, which recognises those who inspire, motivate, and build up colleagues. The Excellence in Action Award, which champions the adoption of company processes and standards, was presented to Brad Watts.

The Awards ended on a high note with the presentation of the prestigious CEO Award to Sam Riley, in recognition of his exceptional management of the Rydges seismic strengthening project. This award celebrates an individual whose overall contribution has made a significant and lasting impact on our organisation.
