Brosnan Expands into Australia with Acquisitionof Klaar 

Brosnan is proud to announce a significantmilestone in our journey to restore confidence in construction across NewZealand and Australia. We have officially completed the acquisition of Klaar,an Australian remedial building business.

This acquisition enables Brosnan to continuedelivering high‑quality remediation and building solutions throughout NewZealand, while extending our capability and presence into Australia. For ourclients, it means greater scale, deeper expertise, and the same commitment toquality and reliability, now across both markets.

As part of the transaction, Brosnan has acquired100% of the shares in Klaar. Klaar’s founder and Managing Director, SebastienLeveque‑Lopez, has joined Brosnan as a shareholder and member of our executiveteam, ensuring strong continuity, leadership, and shared direction.

Brosnan’s CEO, Geoff Nash, noted:

Completed in April 2026, the acquisition allowsBrosnan to support Klaar’s current projects, increase its capacity to take onlarger, more complex work, and deliver in both NewZealand and Australia.
