Brosnan Expands into Australia with Acquisition of Klaar

Brosnan is proud to announce a significant milestone in our journey to restore confidence in construction across New Zealand and Australia. We have officially completed the acquisition of Klaar, an Australian remedial building business.

This acquisition enables Brosnan to continue delivering high‑quality remediation and building solutions throughout New Zealand, while extending our capability and presence into Australia. For our clients, it means greater scale, deeper expertise, and the same commitment to quality and reliability, now across both markets.

As part of the transaction, Brosnan has acquired 100% of the shares in Klaar. Klaar’s founder and Managing Director, Sebastien Leveque‑Lopez, has joined Brosnan as a shareholder and member of our executive team, ensuring strong continuity, leadership, and shared direction.

Brosnan’s CEO, Geoff Nash, noted:
