Our fresh approach to safety management focuses on continual improvement, engagement and fostering a no-blame safety culture.  We have a comprehensive Health and Safety Management System and an active accident and injury prevention programme to promote a positive, proactive safety culture.

For each project, we develop, implement, and audit a full Site-Specific Safety Plan which details how we monitor, report, and continuously improve our health and safety performance. All site based Brosnan staff are also required to obtain their SiteSafe Passport prior to commencing work.

Brosnan successfully completed a SafePlus Assessment – the only WorkSafe NZ endorsed health and safety audit system. External SafePlus auditors identified Brosnan as industry leaders, particularly in health and safety communication and team engagement.
