Phoenix Gardens

Phoenix Gardens is a 12-storey residential building with 74 apartments, two levels of car parking, and a range of amenities including a gym, pools, and tennis court. Brosnan is contracted to provide multi-year asset management services, covering long-term and preventative maintenance planning as well as ongoing maintenance projects.

A building condition survey informed the current master planning phase, which coordinates projects over the next three years and prioritises efficient sequencing to avoid unnecessary costs. The Body Corporate values Brosnan’s expertise, clear communication, and end-to-end service, which includes up-to-date supply chain information.

Innovative solutions, such as exploring a detachable suspended working platform for ongoing maintenance, are being considered. The team’s holistic approach and strong partnership with the Body Corporate and Building Managers ensure that future works are well-coordinated and set up for success.
