This mixed-use commercial and residential building in Curl Curl on Sydney's Northern Beaches required urgent façade remediation, window replacement and compliance upgrades to address water ingress, deterioration and safety concerns.

With ongoing projects already scheduled, our team identified several additional urgent upgrades. Klaar’s strategic approach to meet budget limitations impressed the client, who was expecting a pricier tag for the works.

Compliance concerns with the existing balustrade also drove this project. Klaar provided a semi-free standing glass balustrade solution using specialised engineered glass purposefully designed and manufactured for the client. The building needed a complete window replacement due to leaks, severe deterioration, and loose cladding. Klaar installed double-glazed windows to improve building performance throughout.
