Summerset Casebrook

This large-scale, multi-level project for Summerset Retirement Village involved supplying and installing concrete structures, formwork, reinforcing steel, Interspan floors, and associated craneage and propping. Brosnan’s strong early engagement and partnership approach enabled them to negotiate the follow-on timber framing package, providing structural timber framing and carpentry for the upper levels.

The team’s flexibility and ability to accelerate resources, peaking at 40 carpenters, helped overcome inconsistent timber frame and truss supplies, maintaining the programme and minimising delays. Close communication with the client ensured design information was managed efficiently, even as the concrete package design evolved.
