Brosnan successfully negotiated the construction of the 14,000 square metre industrial offices and warehouse on Roscommon Road, Wiri and was appointed the project by the Hugh Green Group.
The building, which spans 86m in the warehouse including a centre spine beam, has a two-level office at each end of the warehouse facing Roscommon Road, over 100 car parks and large concrete yards which create excellent truck access via a full drive-around design.
Part of this project included Brosnan managing the design and build of the warehouse’s post-tension floor. The post-tension floor was one of the most important aspects of this project and as a multiple stakeholder project, working with potential tenants as well as our client, it was important for Brosnan to gain a solid understanding of the requirements specific to each party and to provide a solution that would effectively meet the needs of all involved.
During the construction process, an international tenant (Jamestrong Packaging) was secured by HGL and Brosnan was required to manage some significant and complex changes to the project scope.View other Commercial projects
